If something is wrong
Contact ETS with your order reference, a description of the problem and relevant photos. Depending on the circumstances, Australian Consumer Law may entitle you to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy. Nothing in our terms excludes those rights.
Before returning goods
Contact our team to arrange assessment and return instructions. Ask ETS about any change-of-mind arrangements before purchasing, particularly for special orders. No business-specific change-of-mind promise is made on this page.
